North Georgia Mindfulness Project now offers an Advanced Mindfulness course for those who are interested in deepening their meditation practice, learning more about Mindfulness, and discovering different forms of meditation. This 8-week course takes you through the seven pillars of a Mindfulness practice (Letting Go, Acceptance, Patience, Non-Striving, Non-Judging, Trust, and Beginner's Mind) and shows how each of the pillars relates to daily living and present moment awareness. The prerequisite for this course is either Mindful Living or Mindful Recovery.
